1.
We are in the process of up-dating the
existing camouflaging paints with either
Acrylated Alkyd or Single pack PU or Silicon
Alkyd Paints. In this regard we have written to
a few paint manufacturers & a copy of the
letter No. even dated 25-1005 is enclosed here
with.
2.
You are requested to disseminate the
contents of the enclosed letter to the members
of your association with a request to forward
development sample, free of cost, to this
Controllerate, with suggested QRs.
3.
An early action in the matter is
requested.

MATERIAL:
1.
The
material shall be based on synthetic acrylic
modified alkyd resin / single pack PU / Silicon
Alkyd Resin Paint. The material shall be of such
a composition as to satisfy the requirements
mentioned below:
2. The
material shall be supplied in brushing
consistency, and shall be capable of being
thinned to spraying consistency by use of
suitable thinner compatible with the
composition.
3.
The
material shall be free from hard setting,
skinning and tendency to get. The material shall
be in such a condition that smooth and uniform
consistency is obtained easily by stirring.
