The Governing Body of the IPA has prescribed membership form both Ordinary Membership and Associate Membership. A firm desirous of applying for membership of IPA, has to apply in the prescribed format only.

The Application Forms duly completed in all respects should be forwarded to the IPA Secretariat at Kolkata. The application will be first placed before the concerned Regional Committee at its Regional meeting which takes place usually once a quarter.

The Regional Committee, after considering the application at its meeting, may forward the application to the Secretary of the Association for being put up to the Governing Body for acceptance/rejection. Once the Governing Body approves the membership, the applicant is informed and they become eligible for all services of the Association forthwith.

The completed form may be faxed or e-mailed to the IPA Secretariat at Kolkata.

However, it should be noted that a copy sent through fax or e-mail will be considered as advance information only. A signed copy along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 4000/- should be sent by mail separately. Only on receipt of the signed application form and remittance will the application be processed.
